Glen Eagle was first developed in 1991 and was completed by the year of 2004. There are 1,234 residential units within the over three hundred acres sized community. Membership to the golf club and social club are restricted to residents of the Glen Eagle community, creating a friendly and familiar atmosphere. Of the 1,234 residences, 924 carry the golf and social membership while the remaining 310 residences solely carry the social membership. Home building designs include single-family homes, villas, and condominiums. Single-family homes and villas can be found in the sub-divisions of Addison Reserve, Brittany Place, Embassy Woods, Lago Villagio, Montclair Park North, and Oxford Village. Those preferring the condominium lifestyle can look into the sub-divisions of Brittany Place, Chatham Square, Glenmoor Greens, Montclair Park Villas, Saratoga Colony, Sterling Greens, and Sterling Lakes.

Glen Eagle Golf

The golf course at Glen Eagle is nothing short of legendary. First designed and created back in 1991 by the ever-so-popular architect, Gordon Lewis, are eighteen phenomenal holes with varying tees for people of all skill sets. The eighteen holes have a slope rating of 115 and a course rating of 67, with the course ranging in length from 4,300 to 5,600 yard from the varying tees. Of course, there is a fully outfitted Pro Shop on site with the latest apparel and fine-tuned equipment. Well-kept, top-of-the-line, golf carts are available to rent out as well.

Glen Eagle Clubhouse

The Glen Eagle community clubhouse is located towards the entrance of the grounds and is the center of all happening social events. The Main Dining Room is able to hold up to 180 people, while the Lanai is able to accommodate up to 100 people, and the Terrace room can host a small party of 12. In addition, the clubhouse contains the state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard room, card rooms for reservation, meeting rooms, and an activities center. In addition, there is an olympic-sized, resort style, swimming pool with the capability of being heated that hugs the rear of the clubhouse. Located nearby are four bocce ball courts and four Har-Tru tennis courts that are lighted for nighttime playing, all overlooking a well-manicured fairway and/or glistening waters.
